Mowing Schedule

We thought it would be helpful for everyone to know the schedule for Landscaping. Our landscapers will be out the end of this week to mow. They will mow the grass every 7-12 days and they will be edging sidewalks every other time they cut. Weeding and flower bed maintenance will be bi-weekly. Enjoy the rest of this beautiful day!

Gardening

The leasing staff has received many inquires regarding planting flowers and gardening. The feedback from the HOA regarding our renters is, you can plant annuals and perennials. You can not however have a raised bed or herb/vegetable gardens.
